Dr. Arya Shahrdami (Dr Shah)

Dr Arya Shahrdami is a Fellow of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (FSCCA), a Fellow of General Dermatology with the Australian Institute of Dermatology (FAID), and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Dr Shah has been dedicated to skin cancer medicine since 2017. He initially combined his work in skin cancer with general practice, and since 2022 has been practising full time in the field of skin cancer. His strong passion for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment continues to drive his commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.

He regularly attends national congresses and advanced surgical masterclasses to stay at the forefront of skin cancer management. Dr Shah is highly skilled in a wide range of advanced surgical techniques and performs complex flaps and grafts. He also collaborates closely with plastic surgeons when required to ensure optimal outcomes for his patients.

Outside of medicine, Arya is a passionate landscape and astrophotography. His work has received Highly Commended recognition from Australian Photography Magazine, and one of his photographs was selected among the Top 10 Wilderness Photographers of the Year 2023 by Great Walks Magazine. In his spare time other than photography, he enjoys hiking with his wife and learning piano and going to gym.
