Unattended appointments will be charged a DNA fee of $50.00
GP Collective offers support and training education to Medical Students Across Australia.
If you wish to not have a student at your consult please inform your GP.
Test results must be completed during a consultation with your GP. Only in rare cases can test results be done over the phone, at your GPs discretion.
Scripts for all medications require an appointment with a GP.
If you are a regular patient, and you’re unable to travel to the medical centre, telehealth services may be available. Telehealth services
are at the discretion of your GP.

Translator Services for patients with language difficulties can be arranged on 131 450.
For patients with hearing difficulties, an Auslan interpreters can be arranged on 1300 287 526.
Please advise the receptionist if you think this might be needed.
